TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.  Eligibility

    •    Massage and Nail Care: Minimum age 16 with a parent or guardian present; 18 without.
    •    Women-Only Sauna: Restricted to female-identifying clients aged 18 and above.

2.  Bookings and Payments
    •    Full payment is required at the time of booking via Xendit, PayMongo, or PayPal.
    •    Charges are in Philippine pesos (PHP).

3.  Cancellation and Rebooking
    •    Rebooking is permitted once, free of charge, when requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled time by emailing bookings@cocoonspa.ph.
    •    Payments are non-refundable. Cancellation results in the option to rebook only.

4.  No-Show
    •    Failure to attend without prior notice counts as a no-show.
    •    No-show bookings remain non-refundable but may be rebooked once by emailing within seven (7) days of the missed appointment.

5.  Late Arrival

Arriving late will reduce treatment time to avoid delaying the next client. The full fee still applies.

6.  Health Declaration

Before any service you must complete a health declaration form covering pregnancy, menstruation, heart conditions, recent surgery, blood-pressure concerns, allergies, asthma, skin conditions, fever, infectious disease, diabetes, musculoskeletal pain, and related issues. Notify your therapist immediately of any discomfort during treatment.

7.  Sauna and Ladies’ Room Rules
    •    Shower before entering; nudity is not allowed.
    •    Remain hydrated before and after use; always sit on a towel.
    •    Do not use the sauna if unwell, pregnant, or if you have heart conditions without medical clearance.
    •    No photography or videography; maintain low voices and respect privacy.
    •    Lock valuables; Cocoon is not responsible for lost or unattended items.
    •    Towels, toiletries, and tools must remain on-site.

8.  Conduct

Any behaviour deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate may result in service refusal or termination without refund.

9.  Packages, Gift Cards, and Discounts
    •    Discounted packages are valid for one (1) year from purchase and may be transferred once upon written request.
    •    Gift cards do not expire and are freely transferable.
    •    Current package pricing and terms are available on cocoonspa.ph.

10.  Liability

Services are intended for general wellness and are not a substitute for medical treatment. By receiving services, you release Cocoon Spa & Sauna and its staff from liability for any injury, loss, or damage, including loss of personal belongings.

11.  Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, and trademarks on cocoonspa.ph are the property of Cocoon Spa & Sauna and may not be reproduced without written permission.

12.  Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively before the proper courts of Taguig City.

13.  Amendments

Cocoon Spa & Sauna may amend these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on the website.
